Nina Jackson MA, LPC, SCL, Executive Nina Jackson MA, LPC, SCL, Executive Director of LINK Program. Ms. Jackson is a School Counselor and Mental Health Therapist with 20 years in academia and 15 years serving the community as an advocate for the mentoring movement and a counselor. She also volunteers in the Youth Ministry at her church. Ms. Jackson is a single mother of 1 artistic son. Organization Affiliations: American Counseling Association, American School Counselor Association, National Mentor Summit Attendee. 

Bernard Geter, MA, is a Brokerage Sales Advisor. He was the School Board President for a Charter School system for nearly 9 years, serving on the board for a total of 12 years. Mr. Geter has been a supporter of the LINK Program since the inception. He is a believer in behavioral based learning as a way to be successful in school and the work environment. Mr. Geter is a husband and father of 2 awesome sons.

Shannon N. Murray, MBA., Treasurer

An Automotive Professional, specializing in Cost Management. She enjoys helping youth develop their minds and expand their horizons. Ms. Murray is a mother of 1 daughter and 1 son.

Karyne Matthews, MSW., Secretary

School Social Worker for nearly 10 years with a true passion for working with children and helping them succeed in the school setting and in their communities. Mrs. Matthews is an avid community volunteer. She currently is a mentor for the L.I.N.K program and involved in different ministries within her church. Mrs. Matthews is a wife a mother of 2 adorable boys

Je’Von Armstrong is a student at Eastern Michigan University. Majoring in Electronic Media and Film with a minor in Communications and Media Arts. His hobbies are music production and interacting with the youth. He enjoys witnessing the growth of our youth. Mr. Armstrong was a mentee of the LINK Program.

Paquita Adams BA, MEd,
Has over 20 years of experience working with youth primarily as an educator with the Detroit Public Schools Community District, Detroit Area Charter Schools, and South Carolina Schools. Mrs. Adams has experience with developing the Social Studies curriculum and operating as a Master Teacher. She also has experience in the non-profit sector with Jobs for America's Graduates placing high school graduates with employment and education opportunities.  Mrs. Adams is passionate about helping the youth in the community.  She is a wife and mother of 4.
